Fees
Fees are agreed in advance wherever possible and reflect the nature, complexity, urgency, and international character of the instructions.
Work is undertaken on either a fixed-fee or time-costed basis, depending on the nature of the matter.
Fixed fees are used wherever the scope can be properly defined in advance, particularly for routine notarisation, certification, and standard documentation. Where time-costing is appropriate, work is charged at £475.00 per hour, billed in six-minute units.
Certain documents require legalisation for use abroad, including an Apostille issued by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and, where required, further consular legalisation depending on the destination jurisdiction.
